The CHANCEL CHOIR presents special music most Sundays in both Traditional Services, 8 & 11 AM. The Adult Choir presents various styles of anthems that lift the name of Jesus and bring our people joy as they worship. New singers are always welcome to join us! Our 4 Octave ADULT HANDBELL ENSEMBLE meets seasonally (Sept - May) each Tuesday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in room 100. Our Hand Bell Ensemble rehearses to present uplifting songs that add to our worship experience. You are welcome to come and join us. Ability to read music is helpful but not necessary.
VARIOUS ENSEMBLES are also a part of our Ministry. There is God's Echo which is a mixed audition ensemble. We have Joyful Sound which is a Ladies Auditioned Ensemble. There are various other trios, quartets and soloists that present musical offering throughout the year.
The GOSPEL CHOIR sings the good ole' hymns and songs. We go out to local assisted living facilities to engage and entertain the residents in singing. Afterwards, we go out to a Dutch-Treat lunch at a local restaurant. This group is open to EVERYONE who would like to sing and minister to our area residents. This group meets seasonally, as well.
FRIENDS OF THE MUSIC MINISTRY include those who prefer not to sing but want to support the ministry by helping out with logistics when needed. These are very important people who help make the ministry run smooth. Please contact the Music Office to volunteer.
