At Community Church our kids (infant through 6th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.

All children are welcome to stay in service or they can attend our Nursery and Sunday School classes.

For children who stay in service, we provide a Kids Corner where they can find toys, coloring sheets, and other items to keep them occupied during worship.

Our Nursery is for infants through 4 year olds. It's available during our 9:30 and 11:00 services as well as for special events and is located just inside our Preschool Hallway.

Sunday School, for K - 6th grade, is held during our 9:30 service. Each Sunday, kids learn through age appropriate lessons using the Whirl curriculum. Children are dismissed from the service and picked up in their classrooms in the Preschool Hallway.

There is no Sunday School on the first Sunday of the month. Children stay in service so they can participate in Communion with their families.

Community Church offers Wednesday Night Dinners for families from 4:30 - 5:45 pm. Meals cost $10 for an adult, $5 for a child, or $25 for a family.

After dinner, we have programming for Adults, Youth, and Children called Grow Night. Classes are offered every Wednesday night from 6:15 - 7:15 pm from September through April.

Kid's Club is available for kids in 6th grade and under. We meet upstairs in Rooms 202/204. Guardians can drop off in the Family Life Center after dinner or drop off at the classroom. Pick up is at 7:15 pm from the classroom.

Faye Umble joined the Community Church Staff team in 2007 as the Minister of Children. She also oversees our Tutoring program, Wonderful Wednesdays, and our Sunday Night Connect program.
